Problems with Reference Styles in Word 2007

I'm having a problem described by others in this group. When I click
on the References tab in Word 2007, the "Style" dropdown is grayed out
and reads "Missing".

I've tried deleting the Building Blocks file and the Normal template
so they could be recreated, tried running Office repair, all to no
avail.

Any further suggestions?

Sorry. I cannot help: RTM is long gone from my systems and I believe that
RTM expires either 31 May or 30 June.
