Problems with Reminder Window

A reminder window keeps popping up with an event scheduled for present date.
When I go to dismiss it or snooze it, an error window pops up (with a yellow
caution flag) that reads: " Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be
reminded again. Cannot locate recurrance information for this appointment. "
Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

I am having the same issue, and tried outlook.exe /resetfolders
/cleanreminders and outlook.exe /cleanreminders- neither helped. I have run
detect and repair, and reinstalled Office 03. There are two calendar entries
that i cannot delete, nor can I stop the reminder from coming up. Please
help. Thanks!

I've just installed Office 2007 Enterprise Edition and I have 2 reminders
popping up from Tuesday and Wednesday that I can't get rid of. I've read a
great deal of posts in this newsgroup and have tried the various methods to
fix this problem.

I've tried starting outlook.exe /cleanreminders
I've tried the method of going into calendar, setting current view to
recurring events (or whatever it was). I had none. I've brought up the actual
event(s) that it's reminding me of and deleting them (they are gone).
Everything is gone but the annoying popup asking me to dismiss things that
are way gone.

I guess I posted my first reply to the wrong person (not you).
I tried various things and the annoying reminders continue.
Any other suggestions?
