Problems with Service Pack

Hi All
I wrote a quit big AddIn for Word 2000.

I have a failure (... not enough storage ...) as soon as I execute the
command ...MailMerge.Execute.

As soon as I install <Word 2000 SP3> the error is gone. It works flawless on
WinXP Computers. Some Computers with Windows 2000 do have the same error
although <Word 2000 SP3> has been installed.

Summary:
Windows XP + Word 2000 + Word 2000 SP3 --> Everything OK
Windows 2000 + Word 2000 + Word 2000 SP3 --> Error

Does anybody of you guys have any hint where this behaviour is coming from.
