Hello everyone,
Recently one of the users here at our company began having problems with her
Shared Contacts and sending/receiving of mail. We use exchange server. When
trying to access her shared contacts, the error "There is a problem with the
network connection to the exchange server" appears. Also, she can send and
receive mail, but only when she manually clicks the send/receive button.
When she sends in an e-mail, it stays in her outbox until she clicks the
send/receive button. This is coming a few days after she expressed her
concern with her junk mail not working. She did not have cached exchange
mode applied, so after I changed that setting the junk mail problem was
fixed. As I understand, cached exchange mode has to be enabled on exchange
server in order for junk e-mail to work properly. Any suggestions/ideas
would be greatly appreciated.
