Hi

I have recently installed Excel 2007 alongside with Office 2003. This
has worked fine for couple of months. But recently I (and a friend at
my work with a similar installation) I have had problems with the
shift key.

When I want to write an upper-case letter (like S) in a cell - Excel
moves the actice cell instead of writing the letter. This seems to be
like shortcuts to move to different parts of the spreadsheet -
depenting on the letter.

If I start the text with a lower case letter or acticvate the formula-
area (F2) there is no problem. I can easily write an upper-case letter
in mid text - the problem only occours with the first letter

The problem occours periodicly in all my spreadsheets.

I have tried looking for a macro-virus or malign vba-code, but none is
visible.

Can anyone help?

I am experiencing the same problem with our terminal version of Office 2007
excel. I also have an issue with the copy and paste functions, those simply
just dont work 90% of the time.

I have troubleshot it sofar that it is a problem with excel. At the moment
it is running on a clean installation of a windows 2003 terminal server with
the office package as only installed program. Any ideas on how to alleviate
the problem?
