Problems with sound files PowerPoint X

Hello

I have problems with playing wav files in Powerpoint ver. X. Updated with
the updater to latest 10.1.5 just to be sure, but problem still occurs.

Stuttering of the sound starts after 1.30 of the sound files. It's
uncompressed wav files... I have PowerBook 12" G4 867 MHz 640 MB memory and
OS X 10.3.4

Anyone??? Shall I convert the files to another format...???? MP3???
