Problems with SSL and WSS when Project Server 2003 is within the LAN

Hello all!

I have installed the following configuration: a server hosting both Project
Server 2003 and WSS is located within a domain in a LAN. No need to say
that, when accessed from a computer within a domain, everythinkg works OK.

However, I have made the steps on the ISA server (publishing rules) to
publish the Project Web Access to the Internet. Now, the things worked fine
until I have decided to implement SSL. For the purpose of sending the
original host header to the publishing server, I have configured the
following:

- SSL is required on both the ISA server and the server with Project Server
2003 installed
- certificate on the server with Project server is issued to local domain
DNS name of the server ("project.recro.local")
- the same local DNS name ("project.recro.local") is specified on the ISA
server under "redirect the request to this internal Web server...."

Now, it works fine on some PWA pages but some other pages report Script
Errors and display content wrongly, even redirecting automacitally to home
page. It seems that the script tries to approach the local address
(project.recro.local) instead of the outside DNS name.....I'm not sure.

Did I make a mistake with SSL configuration?

Also, of course, it's impossible to approach SharePoint Central
Administration from the outside. Is it necessary to configure separate ISA
rule for publishing the WSS sites in order to use WSS with Project Server
from the outside? What to do?

Thank you very much,
