Problems with synchronizing AD

Hi,

I am trying to create a new group in Project Server 2007 and i want to
synchronize it with Active Directory. But when I access the Add/Edit
group page, the buttons "find group" and "clean group" are disabled,
and there is this message below the buttons:

"Problem when having access the global catalogue of Active Directory.
It verifies if these conditions are true. 1. The server Shared
Services Provider (SSP) can have access a controller of domain of
Active Directory that houses a copy of the global catalogue. 2. The
account of the used Windows for the credentials of service SSP can be
chores of the global catalogue. "

I don´t know what this mean and what i have to do.
I also tried the "Active directory resource pool synchronization" from
server settings, and i got the same error message.

When i try to create a user using domain account, it works fine.

Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this problem?

I solve the problem by deleting existing SSP site and creating another
with a domain account
