Hi,
I have two Access2000 applications (say A and B) on my office pc. All thes
apps are not secured and use the group file system.mdw. Yesterday, wishing
to link A to some tables located on a backend mdb on the net, and wishing to
have the users only able to read the records of these tables, I have created
some user accounts, some groups and granted the related permissions.
No problem I got with A. Some problems arise, however, with B. I can connect
with any account, but even if I connect as admin, I am unable to open
tables, execute macros etc. getting the alert I have not the administration
rights. I tried also to use another system.mdw present on the pc, but the
problem remains.
HELP!
Thanks, Emiliano
