Problems with Table Analyzer Wizard in Access 2000

Hi,

Everytime I try and use the Table Analyzer Wizard in
Access 2000 and choose to let the wizard analyze my
table, the application automatically terminates. I've
tried detect and repair and that didn't cure the
problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
