Problems with the Import Wizard after install of SP1 with BCM

Since I got SP1 2007, several wizards don't work, I had an issue with
Outlook/ Access that I reported to MS and was recognized as a bug.
Now I have another issue with BCM 2007/ Vista Business
1.- When I try to check a database for errors, BCM does not recognize it
anymore, and I need to create another one. It means losing lots of
information. (Marketing Campaigns, for instance).
2.- When I try to import old databasess the wizard does not "see" them
either on the BCM folder or if I move the database to dthe desktop, even if
they are there.

Does anybody have a solution? Approaching the local ser vice is a waste of
time, since they don't know perfectly how BCM works so much less if there is
a bug.

Thanks a lot

One key to understanding BCM databases is that BCM doesn't go after
the database files directly but does that through sqlserver.exe
service.

The security changes with Vista have produced a certain amount of
impedence with Sql. Many of the problems are dur to sqlserver.exe no
longer running as administrator, and not having permission to certain
folders. One work around these is to run Outlook/BCM as administrator
to get around some of these problems. I don't know the details, but
this lets Outlook (or sqlserver.exe, impersonating the admin) update
certain files or permissions, and BCM will then run normally the next
time it is restarted.
