Problems with "Theming Support"

Hi,

I applied XP themes to my add-in form as per the article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;830033. It works
fine as when i use a modaless dialog(form), but when I try and show my form
as a Modal form, i am having the following problem.

The first time (after loading add-in), the form comes up and when I close
it, it closes without any problems. But the second time when I try to repeat
the same action and close the modal dialog, outlook crashes... When i try
and log the exceptions, it says exception thrown by external module, from
within the Theming support code as specified in the article. Can somebody
help me out here?
