Problems with Time NOW

[Time NOW]

O Percentual de Acompanhamento está ultrapassando a linha de "TIME NOW", ou
seja se uma atividade teve um avanço de 95% o MS_Project nao acumula esse
percentual antes da data do time now, ele ultrapassa ela (gerando um avanço
numa data posterior ao time now, q de fato nao existe).
Como resolvo este problema.

The Percentage of Accompaniment is exceeding the line of “TIME NOWâ€, that is
if an activity had a 95% advance the MS_Project does not accumulate this
percentage before the date of time now, it exceeds it (generating an advance
in a date subsequent to taime now, that in fact doesn't exists). How I decide
this problem?

Background:
Imagine a line that is the duration of the task. When you use %Complete,
you are saying how complete you are as a function of time. It is possible
for you to have 95% complete and be to the right of "time now." This shows a
condition of ahead of schedule.

However, what most people intend is %Work Complete. When they say they are
95% complete, they believe they have accomplished 95% of the effort required
to do the task.

Consider using %Work Complete instead of %Complete. Using %Work Complete
will require resource names and work loaded into your schedule. You should
use the same method for all tasks.

Example: 5 day task, 5 people are assigned full time on the first three days
and then only 1 person is assigned for days 4 and 5.

Total Work: 5people*8hrs/day*3 days +1 person for 2 days = 106 hours.
Assuming you are on schedule, at the end of day 3 you are 60% complete and
also 90/106= 85% Work Complete.
