Problems with Update Office X V10.1.2

I got an IBook installed Office X on it.SP1 is installed
Now when I go to run 10.1.2 I get the following
error message: 11002:2-15 and then it bombs out. What´s up with this error

I get a similar error 11002:2,-14 I have SP1 installed
and the exchange update for entourage. please help.

If you skipped the 10.1.4 update this could cause a problem.

Use "Remove Office" then apply the updaters. "Remove Office" is located in
the Value Pack folder on the Office X CD. Install the following updaters in
this order:

* Office 10.1.2 More info This is a combined updater that includes SR-1 and

* Office 10.1.4 Exchange Update. The components of the 10.1.3 update are
included in the 10.1.4 update.

* Office 10.1.5 Update.
