Problems with updates

I purchased a laptop from my office with Office XP already installed on it. I
wanted to download some updates for it, but it is asking me for the original
product CD. I don't have them, but I do have the Product ID, etc. Anything I
can do?

Take the laptop to your office and have them update it or get the CD from your office so that you can update it.
