Problems with Visio 2003 templates

As Visio 2003 no longer snaps the ADIC templates to handles, can I ask if
any progress has been made on this?

I have be careful upgrading to 2003 until this problem is fixed. Currently
it is a very slow process to draw diagrams as all items must be placed by
hand!

Does Anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this?
