problems with word

my problem its that word its getting problems to work because when you work
with it apears an error taht say word had make an error and close and stars
again I uninstall the application and it happens again helpme to solve the
problem

Installing again rarely helps because it doesn't do anything to replace
normal.dot or printer driver or any templates in Startup not does it reset
