Problems With Word

When I try to open Word it tell me that it is no longer available. Then it
displays a message to go to setup and click on repair. Given enough time it
will eventually open. This was included with my computer when I bought it, so
I don't have the disks for it. I have been having problems with the page
settings for sometime now. Margins are never the same twice and everything
starts at the very top of the page. Can someone try and help me please?
