Problems with WXP service pack 2 installation

I have installed windows XP Service Pack 2 with failure
to copy 6 different files: netsh exe., mshtml.tlb,
msh263.drv, hnetwiz.dll, hhctrl.ocx, helpsvc.exe. when
computer is turned on, the following messages appear:
netsh. exe application error, 0XC0000006, RUNDLL error
loading 2ndsrch.dll, Error loading nview.dll a dynamic
link library DLL initialization routine failed
