Procedures manual

We have an Employee Manual. What I am looking for, is a format for a daily
operations manual (closing out the cash register, opening the store etc.,).
I am unsure as to what format to put it in. Anythoughts? Alphabetical by
category? By daily time table?

Policies and procedure manuals vary more than you can imagine. Google for
manuals, find something that appeals to you, create a template based on
that.
