Process Mapping with data

Hello,

I am mapping out our business process but need to incude, resoruces, cost
and time (or duration). I need these three to create reports, how do I do
this in Visio to capture it for the report?

I have Visio 2003

You need to either use shapes that have these Custom Properties, or add the
Custom Properties to the Masters that you use.
You can then report on this Custom Properties.

Thanks, now for a silly question; how can I find the shapes that have these
custom properties?

Well, all of the Masters on the Basic Flowchart Shapes stencil have Cost,
Duration and Resources custom properties ... you can start thaere and add
more as required.
