I am currently using Prochain for critical chain project management
(http://www.prochain.com).
I used the feature "Project Working Times" and set up the working hours
for my project to 6 hrs/day and identified that no work would be done
on weekends. In addition, I summarized that:
Hours per day: 6
Hours per week: 30
Days per month: 20
Then I ran the built-in macro "Prochain Steps 1, 2" and noticed the
following:
Task "Develop model" has a duration of 15 days, start 4/4, end 4/19.
The start and end dates for the tasks are automatically determined by
Prochain.
Is the end date accurately computed considering that I have specified
that no work is performed on weekends?
Thanks for sharing any feedback.
