When i go to get on my computer it asks me to type in a product key, i do but
it says invalid and i know its correct. i don't really wanna go buy another
but is that what im gonna have to do or is there another solution.

Make sure that you are not mixing up 8 and B or other letter/number
combinations.

Make sure you are entering the one for Office and not the one for
Windows (which is the one that is stuck to the computer)

I am having the same trouble, I am trying to get on Microsoft Word and it
wants a key, my computer came without any disc, It is a HP dv 6000, thanks
for your help.

You need to call your computer manufacturer. You need a key and if
Office/Word came with your computer, they are the ones who can tell you were
to look.
