Producing a positive value

How do I produce a positive value in a cell when the two
cells I'm adding are both negative, i.e. -2 in one cell
and -3 in another would produce a negative 5. I want a
positive 5 to show.

ex: A4 is the -2 and A5 is the -3 and you want to add

the two into A10. How to do it: =sum(-1*A4 + -1*A5)
