Product Activiation Feature???

Does Office 2003 have a Product Activation feature? I am
going to use Symantec Ghost to AutoInstall Office 2003 on
9 client computers, and was curious if I was going to run
into any trouble with license or Product Activation. We
have rights through Indiana University, so the license is
ok.

Yes it does.
If you are using a Volume Licensed (VL) version this will not be an issue.
If you are re using retail or other licenses that are single use ONLY then
yes you will have a problem as each copy will require you to input and
activate using its own unique key.
Check if you are using VL media and VL keys or not.
