Product and Service Items

I have 2 Laptop's both running Windows XP Pro with 2g of memory. My old one
is running Business Contact Manger 2003 and my new one is running Business
Contact Manager 2007. I have imported the same CSV file into the Product and
Service Item database which contains around 20,000 records. When creating an
opportunity on the 2003 Laptop, my list of product is dispalyed right away.
On my 2007 Laptop it takes 4 to 5 minutes (I just timed it twice) to open my
product list. In the manage database tools I have performed a check for
errors to defragment and reindex. This did help. Rebooting hasn't helped
either. Anyone have any ideas on how to speed up the opening of the list?
Is there a record restriction in 2007 that isn't in 2003?
