product code trouble #2

I just got my computer back from gateway and I can't use
word because I dont have a product code. I had a
certificate of authenticity but I cant find it. Is their
anyway I can get one or do I have to buy a new copy of
it. If their is can you please provide me with a phone
number or e-mail adress, or whatever i need to get it. By
the way its word 2002, and im running xp.

If the software came installed on your PC, then it is Gateway's
responsibility to provide you with a key to begin with. They will, however,
assume no responsibility for providing a replacement key (they claim they
are not able to purchase replacement keys under their agreement with MS).
You'd better find that COA!
