Just got a new computer with Windows XP and Office Xp.
Can't access documents or anything. It keeps asking for
25 digit product ID on back of Cd case. There are numbers
and letter on paper envelope Office disc is in but they
do not work? Can't even open files transferred from old
computer??? Help
