Product ID

I have just installed my copy of Office, Students and Teachers edition for
the first time. It installed fine, however when I came to run the programs it
rejected the product ID printed inside my box (on a big orange sticker
underneath the words "product ID") As I can't get onto the programs, I can't
request my free microsoft support as I cant get my product identification
number! What can I do?

Thanks for any help!

Sorry! By product ID in the first part there I meant product KEY. That's
what's being rejected by word, excel e.t.c. The product ID is what I can't
get and what I need for the microsoft support.

If your computer came with a trial version of Office 2003
preinstalled on the hard drive by the computer manufacturer, then
you should have uninstalled the trial version before installing
your full version of Office 2003 Students and Teachers Edition.
At this point, uninstall the full version, uninstall the trial
version, and reinstall the full version. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=836178 "You receive an
'invalid product key' error message when you start an Office 2003
program after you install Office Professional Edition 2003" for
