Product is not genuine sign

I purchased an Office home and student 2007 from Doha and installed it in my
computer. Activated it and registered. However, the office pages shows that
the product is not genuine. My Pack was not tampered and validation was
passed.
It was a 3pc pack and I used only one... in my laptop, from which I send
this message. Please fix the problem and reply

Call Microsoft or take it back to where you bought it. No one here can
fix it.

I would imagine it's possible to get a bootleg copy of Office in Doha as it
is in any city.
