Product Key and Registration

Satisfied but frustrated

My PC crashed (with Vista/Office 2007) and I was given a new PC with Office
reinstalled. When I attempt to print, save, etc. I'm prompted for the Product
Key, which I enter. Unfortunately the screen indicates incorrect Product Key
and says to retry. Any suggestions??

Perhaps the new PC supplied had a trial version of Office installed?
Where did you get your version of Office 2007 from, was it supplied with the
origonal PC or was it a retail software edition?
