product key code

I got a replacement code from microsoft and paid for it.
After my computer crashed and I reinstalled everything,
the product key code they gave me no longer works. I don't
remember how to call microsoft ( it's like getting to Fort
Knox or something) and I can't use my software - help I
need it for my grade books and classroom asap!!!

You can contact MS for a replacement key:

If it's an OEM copy (provided with the PC) you
may need to contact that PC supplier for the key.
