Product key codes not working

Hello, I recently got a new laptop and when I went to put the product key
code in, it didn't work. The computer setup screen referred me to a 8-00
number where in which I spoke with a representative and they gave me a series
of numeric, alphabetic sequencences to enter into my laptop. Upon which they
said my code was reeady for use. When I tried to enter the key code to setup
my trial into a full version, it doesn't work and I'm running out of trial
time. I need this software for school.

Please help- where do I go now to get help?

You are kidding of course. You need to purchase any Office version that is not a
Trial. You are not able to convert the Trial without a purchased version. Period

Call your PC supplier/manufacturer and ask them where they put the code for
your trial version

You cannot convert a trial edition to full version without purchsing the
full edition.
You would be better off financially by purchasing a suitable full version
from Amazon, its cheaper than purchasing from MS and you get the
installation DVD's
You have to remove/uninstall any trial and activation assistant and reboot
prior to installing any paid for version
