Product key does not work

I have upgraded my office to Office XP 2002 and all
programs are fine except Word, it constantly prompts for a
product key. I have loaded the correct key, does not work.
i have input the key from the previous version which I
upgraded from, does not work.

Therefore i have spent a lot of money on a product that
does not work. I am really fed up.
