Product Key does not work

Newly installed One Note that came with OEM software bundle and the product
key does not work for One Note (yet it worked for all the other programs).
Can anyone suggest a solution?

You need to locate the product key specific to OneNote. An Office key won't
work. Look in the documentation, or contact the OEM support line for their
specific information.
