product key doesnt except #

--new lap top have product key number on lap top but it will not except the
number

Hi Rose,

What product? Project? Are you sure the product key is for the
software you are attempting to install? The bottom of my laptop
does have a product key -- but it's for Windows, not Project. Find
the disk for Project or the box -- the product key for Project is
most likely on the box or on the CD or on the case for the CD --
most likely not your laptop.

--it told me how to change the product number
and i did for the one on bottom of computer and it said it had been changed
but i steel get the window wanting the product key number. i have not found
another product key number anywhere

Rose,

Again-- is the product Project? Why did you need to change the
product number? Please explain in detail -- from the beginning --
what is going on. You can see your computer -- we can't.
