product key - error message

I purchased student teacher edition office 2003 a few weeks ago and want to
use one note. The error message says that my product key is not correct.

I have entered it several times over several different days. Can't be my
typing.
I tok the code from the back of the CDbox for Office 2003. The rest of my
software is fine but not this one -

any suggestions welcome

OneNote is part of the Office family but is not included in one of the
Office bundles. It is a separate product which must be purchased
separately. The Office product code will not work to install OneNote.
