I'm using Macbook Pro (Intel) OS X 10.5.7 and Mac Office 2008
I just updated to the newest version (28-07-2009) via AutoUpdate, then
after i finished a successful installation i cant start any Mac Office
program bcz of the following:
"Office for Mac has determined that your product key is not valid"!!
I removed the OfficePID.plist and restarted, same message.
I used terminal to remove OfficePID.plist and restarted, same message.
Each time i try to start the program i receive the same message and
OfficePID.plist re-appear in my (Microsoft Office 2008 / Office)
folder
What should i do?

You should contact Microsoft directly for assistance with this.

Some keys were disabled in sp2 because they were black listed. See this
thread that gives how to check and what to do if you have a legitimate key
that no longer works.

If you send me your email or post it here on the newsgroup, a developer will
contact you off list.

Send an email to dianeross at mvps dot org.

I have the same issue, on a macbook. I really need this software to install
before I leave for vacation in a day!

You don't have to update to 12.2.0. If you are installing from the DVD, then
update to 12.1.0. Newer DVDs come with 12.1.0 then update to 12.1.9.
Download the updater manually.

12.1.9 updater

Be sure to quit all Microsoft applications before running the updater.

Restart after updating.

Fix the remaining problem when you get back from vacation.
