Product Key Issues Diffrent from Previous

I have Office installed on my laptop it is the full version which has been on
here from start, The product key is stuck underneath as per the norm, It says
that the key is not acceptted every time and will not let me imput it.
Does anyone know how i can resolve this without paying another £49 to
Microsoft.
I bought the laptop online and return is not really an option any longer.

The product key on the bottom of the laptop is NOT for Office but for
Windows. Why are you needing to input the key if it's already installed?
Also, you can use Belarc to find the key if Office is still installed.

You are probably talking about the Trial version of Office that was installed with
your system when you purchased it. As Alias posted that sticker is for your OS.
If you want to continue using Office then you will need to purchase one and install
it after removing the Trial version

Hiya thanks for the help so far, I know it is the full version thats why i
bought this laptop, I will try the software you reccomended but there must be
a way of getting my key?

Another possibility is that you bought your Laptop on line as you posted and the
Office installed was a pirated version. Since it is not possible to contact the
seller then your only option will be to purchase Office from a Retailer or uninstall
the present setup and install Open Off.

Also try the following to see if your Office Key is already inputted in your
computer. If it is then this will tell you the key

Alias posted a link to an app that will reveal the product key, provided
Offfice is still installed
If your laptop has been 'recovered' then you would need to contact the
laptop supplier to asertain where the key is
