Product key issues

I downloaded my Microsoft Professional Plus 2007, which I got through the
schooling im doing. The activation worked and the product key was valid. But
when i went to download templates it said my office is not genuine, so I
searched online and it said to activate it, and if it was activated and still
saying not genuine to uninstall and then reinstall, so I did and got an error
message saying the activation key was used too many times (you have 25 times
to use it) and I only installed it 2 times. Anyone got any ideas?????

Are you sure it says you can install it 25 times? If this is not
a bootleg copy, then talk to your schooling about getting a new
product key.

I believe you're confusing the number of activations allowed with the number
of product uses allowed before activating - typically you can activate Office
on two differerent machines, or three with an Academic agreement, but the 25
refers to the number of times you can launch an Office application without
activating Office, before it locks down. You should probably try the
telephone activation so you can explain your situation there.
