Product Key no longer works

I've had to reformat my hard drive because of virus/spyware issues. I used
an an image of my original Dell settings and everything rebooted fine, except
for the Microsoft Office products I originally purchased with the computer
(Word, Excel and Outlook). When I try to type in the Product Key that is on
my Certificate of Authenticity, I get an error message stating that the key
is not a valid. Is there anything I can do? Can I get an updated Product
Key?

Have you reinstalled the Office(key should work), or did you image the
"canned" install from Dell, and paste that back in(key probably will not
work). Try actually installing from the MS Office CD and you will likely
have no problem with the key.
