product key not recognized

What do you do when CD product key not recognized when
attempting to re-install OUTLOOK as part of OFFICE XP? Am
I being blocked because it was installed once (initially)
and I need to get permission from MS to install it again,
even though it's a reinstall? Thanks, Paul

is the key not allowing the installation to proceed? That is not related to
activation - which comes after it's installed. What is the exact error
message you are receiving?
