Product Key Not working Publisher 2002

I am reloading everything on my computer after it crashed. I try to install
Publisher 02 again and it says the Product Key is invalid. I am sure I am
typing it correctly. Why is this happening? How do I go about getting this
fixed or getting a new product key? Please advise,

According to the article:
This problem occurs when there is more than one installation of Microsoft Office
or an Office program on your computer, and the installations are conflicting.
There is a resolution in the article.
