Product Key Number doesn't work

My computer crashed last year. I hate using ACCESS, but I must restore the
lost data base. When I reentered the product number on the back of the case,
a message came up saying it wasn't the correct number. I verified and
retyped the number and still could not reload the program. How can I reload
ACCESS since I can't get past the product key number?

You'll need to contact Microsoft. As long as you can prove that you own a
license for Access, they should be able to help you out.
