Product key only 24 characters

Just got Office Student & Home 2007 and the product key is only 24 characters
long. The first set of five is missing a character, there are only two dots
where the character is suppose to be. What do I do?

Take it back to the store where you purchased it and exchange it
for a different package.

Take it back to where ever you bought it....
