Product Key Problem

I purchased an HP computer with a Windows Vista operating system and
Microsoft Office 2007 already installed. After the first 25 uses, I was
prompted to enter the product key. This product key is on a sticker at the
bottom of my computer. Some of the characters are illegible. I called
Microsoft and they told me to call HP. I did and spoke to someone in India
for 2 hours. I could not get them to understand that I already had the
product key for the full version. They signed me up for a trial version that
is good for 60 days. My concern is that after 60 days, I will no longer be
able to access Microsoft Office. Can someone please tell me how I can find
out my product key some place other that on the bottom of my computer and how
I can get the full version that I paid for with my computer? Thank you for
any help you can provide.

You have a Trial version of Office 2007 installed. The Key on the bottom of your
case is for your Operating System and not for Office.
Afraid you will have to purchase an Office 2007 suite to get a key (license) to
input . Look and shop around for the Office 2007 version that you would like to
install and purchase it

And after reading Peter's post
Then, importantly, uninstall the Trial and Activation assistant via
add/remove programs, then reboot, prior to installing your paid for version
from cd/dvd

BTW the label on the case clearly states 'windows Vista key'
