Product key problem

I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office for Home and Student 2007. Old
version of 2003 was deleted. When trying to install new version, it won't
take the product key to finish install. It says it's invalid.

I purchased it at Sam's Club. They say it's a Microsoft problem.

1. Are you typing in the correct product key for example sometimes B looks
like 8 etc, O or 0. Recheck that.
2. Are you sure it's a legal product:

3. If you're still having problems and the product is legal, telephone MS.

4. If the product is not genuine, then it's Sam's Club problem. Complain to
