Product Key problems with Microsoft Office 2004

Have installed everything ok, but when I get to stage 4 of the
installation process, 'Product Key', after I type the 20 long product
key and click 'finish', a message pops up from the top stating 'Please
verify the product key you have entered is correct', yet there is
nothing for me to click on to confirm that it is correct, other than
the 'finish' button at the top.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I think that probably means it is not correct.

My office 2004 has a 25 digit product key.

Obviously, make sure that you're typing everything correctly - e.g.,
only alphanumerics, and keeping the 8s and Bs straight.

If that doesn't work, call the Product Support Services number in the
back of the booklet that came with your install disk.

Is this an upgrade? If so, is the installer/first run finding the
previous version?
