product key question

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)

We purchased a student-teacher version of Office Mac 2008. We were issued one product key and were supposed to get 3. We would like to be able to run more than one computer simultaneously but evidently can't run them simultaneously without an additional product key.

The three product keys should all be on the box or the DVD. If you only
received one, you need to take it up with the retailer where you
purchased your copy.

Is this a retail (boxed) product or a download from the Mactopia site?

If a boxed package, the first step is to contact the vendor from whom it was
purchased. They should be able to accommodate an exchange if needed.

If it was a download or if the vendor gives you a hard time, contact
Microsoft Customer Service -- use the phone number on this page:

http://www.microsoft.com/mac/contactus.mspx

Unfortunately, this isn't something that can be resolved in the newsgroups.
