Product Key shipped with CD does not work - HELP!!!

T

Thomas

I recently received my Microsoft Action Pack
Subscriptions (Basic) a.k.a. MAPS and installed the
Windows XP Professional OS. I am now trying to install
Office XP Pro and none of the 5 product keys that I have
for Office XP Pro work (in upper or lower case). I am
installing as a user with Admin privs on my own PC. Did
microsoft send me bogus PKs? I also have multiple PKs
for other MS products included in the subscription - but
after trying a few of them - it does not like them
either. These keys are all the standard 25 character PKs
that are usually stuck to the jewel case.

Please advise. And, btw, I am trying to reach MAPS-
(e-mail address removed) also.

Hi Thomas,

In the recent shipment check that there are 25 characters
listed for the key, double check double check 'b' and '6'
entries and 'o' and 'zero'. If that doesn't solve it
you may want to contact the MS Partners Action Pack Team
by phone: 1-877-283-1925 (Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-5:30 PM PT)
